Our favourite things on the menu at the moment are Chicken and Red Pepper Koftas served with a herb leaf salad... a perfect lunch. The favourite pudding has to be Affogato, lovely vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso. Also worthy of a mention is our Rhubarb Crumble with Custard (of course). We've a new sandwich for the Spring season, Spicy Cheese & Peanut Salad.

The Art Cafe Opens in Colchester!

You can now enjoy all the art cafe stuff right in the heart of Colchester. You can find us at 7 Trinity Street (opposite the library), so if you're shopping in Colchester pop in and give us a try, oh, and tell your friends ! ~Breakfast at the Art Cafe Our 'breakfast menu' has proved really popular with locals and visitors alike. It includes our 'ubiquitous' Fry-ups alongside such newcomers as Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs on toasted Ciabatta, Drop Scones with Crispy Bacon & Maple Syrup, Croissants, Cinnamon Toast etc. etc. all of which you can enjoy until 11.00am when our 'lunch menu' takes over. After 3.00pm you can enjoy our 'Afternoon' menu with all manner of Homemade Cakes, Traditional Cream Teas and Sandwiches.~New personnel and ArtWe've got several new 'lovlies' on our staff now and some exciting artists new to us too.Take a click on the 'artists' tab.~
